Memory #1 - Subdued Ceremony
If you go directly in front of Hyrule Castle, you will see the castle's ruins. Continue in front of the castle's town ruins and you will find a small platfrom, otherwise known as the Sacred Ground Ruins. There is where the memory is hidden. |

Memory #2 - Revali's Flap
In Rito village, if you continue the quest from the elder, you will be leaded to a woman, the wife of the person you are trying to find, you will look at a platform and trigger a memory. |

Memory #3 - Resolve and Greif
If you go to Kolomo lake, below the exchange ruins and above the Great Plateau, you will see a small birch forest. If you look near the water towards the center of the lake, you can find the memory on the shore. |

Memory #4 - Daruk's Mettle
When you arrive at Goron City, you will probably find an old man there. He is part of the main quest line for the divine beasts. Eventually whne you talk to him, you will look at a statue and trigger a memory. |

Memory #5 - Zelda's Resentment
If you travel to the ancient columns, you probably miss this memory, as it isn't that easy to find if you arent looking for it. If you travel to the Tena Ko’sah Shrine and go a few steps forward, there the memory will be, hidden in plain sight. |

Memory #6 - Urbosa's Hand
If you have traveled to Gerudo Town and obtained the Gerudo Vai set, you can enter Gerudo town. If you continue the story line and talk to Riju, she will instruct you to get the Thunder Helm back from the Yiga. After that, if you speak to her, you trigger the memory. |

Memory #7 - Blades Of The Yiga
If you travel to the Kara Kara Bazaar, whee you get the Gerudo Vai Set, yuo will see a pond. This is a dificult one to spot, as in the dessert it is very hard to spot the memory location. Go to the side of the lake opposite from the merchants, and look around. Hopefully you can spot it. |

Memory #8 - A Premonition
If you go to Woodland stable, and follow a path leading up the mountain. You will begin to notice that the path ends on your Sheikah Slate, but really there is a path. Continue on the path up to the top of a small mountain for a Korok seed and the memory. |

Memory #9 - Silent Princess
If you travel to the Monya Toma Shrine or the Serenne Stable, look towards the castle and begin walking there. You will stumble across Irch Plain and you will see a tree on a little rock type of thing. Go to the tree and there will be your memory waiting. |

Memory #10 - Mipha's Touch
Follow Sidon to Zora's Domain and continue the quest. Eventually Sidon will be talking to Muzu. Go talk to them and you will look at the statue, triggering the memory. |

Memory #11 - Shelter From The Storm
Go from the Bosh Kala Shrine over to Scout's Hill near Lake Hylia. You will see a tree with some weird statues oacross the river. Swim over to the tree and you will be rewarded by your memory. |

Memory #12 - Father And Daughter
Now this one is probably going to be one of the last memories you will obtain as it is in Hyrule Castle, and that is filled with Guardians. You have to travel to Zelda's Tower and go up to the top. Zelda's Tower is on the left side of the entrance, and it's pretty hard to get to. If you reach Zelda's Tower and get to the top, there will be a bridge with your memory. |

Memory #13 - Slumbering Power
Go to the East Akkala Stable and run towards Death Mountain. Now may sound pretty dumb, but before you reach the mountain, you will find the spring of power. The memory is the, but also remember that you can give up one of your dragon parts as an offering to receive something, but i'm not going to tell you. |

Memory #14 - To Mount Lanayru
This memory is at Sanidin Park Ruins, which is east from Central Tower. Just go to Central tower and glide on over to the ruins, but I like doing it on horseback better because the memory has you riding a horse. |

Memory #15 - Return Of Calamity Ganon
Go from Kakariko Village, and follow the path past the Great Fairy Fountain. You will come across 2 ways, turn right and continue all the way to the other gate of mount Lanayru. There will be your memory. |

Memory #16 - Despair
Go from the Hila Rao Shrine and follow the River up until the Bottomless swamp. Look around by the path and you will find the memory. |

Memory #17 - Zelda's Awakening
After obtaining all 12 picture memories from your slate, return to Impa. She will show you a picture of the "final" memory. Take a picture using the Slate, and head on over to Fort Hateno. It's pretty hard to find, but if you look around you will find it. |

Memory #18 - The Master Sword
After you travel through the difficult Lost Woods and finally make it to the Korok Forest, you can obtain this memory. The only part is you need 13 hearts and also you need to pull the Master Sword out. That;s the last memory! |
